In my work with Synagogues and Secular C...So true. In my work with Synagogues and Secular Communities the first thing we do is exercises to alter attitudes. Just as roses cannot grow in a bed of rocks.... The rocks must be removed first, the ground tilled, and then the growth has possibility. We must all help to remove the stigma, the fear, the attitude that differently abled is less than. Only then will there be room for the flowers of inclusion to bloom.
